Earlier this year, The Power Source team gathered for our highly anticipated Sales Meeting, held in the beautiful coastal town of Marcoola on the Sunshine Coast.
The event brought together key sales staff from across Australia and New Zealand, along with members of senior management — including our New Zealand General Manager, Simon, attending his very first meeting.
The focus of the gathering was apparent: align on planned goals and set sales targets for 2025. There was excitement in the air as we looked ahead to a year filled with opportunity and growth.
A highlight of the meeting was the excitement surrounding the new Heavy Hauler commercial battery range. Our Sales team shared some fantastic success stories from the field, highlighting real-world performance and the value these batteries are already delivering to customers.
Another point of new product was the DELTEC Flooded range — a USA-made product. The team is enthusiastic about the new, strong product line, and it’s shaping up to be a major player in our 2025 plans.
Of course, the Sales Meeting isn’t just about numbers and product updates — it’s also a valuable chance for the team to bond and build stronger connections. Evenings were filled with shared dinners, casual drinks, and friendly games of pool, reinforcing the strong team spirit that helps drive our collective success.
As we charge ahead into 2025, we’re more aligned, motivated, and energized than ever.
