Recently, our team gathered for The Power Source Sales Meeting at the stunning Cedar Creek Lodges on Tamborine Mountain. Set amongst lush rainforest and tranquil surrounds, it was the perfect backdrop for a few days of connection, strategy, and forward planning.
The focus of the meeting was clear: strengthening our position as a leading importer and wholesaler of automotive, commercial and industrial batteries across Australia and New Zealand. With brands such as Trojan, Discover, Deltec, Delta-Q, and SPE, we are continuing to expand our presence in the industrial and automotive sectors.
Key Highlights from the Meeting:
Strategic Planning: We reviewed our growth over the past 12 months and mapped out priorities for the year ahead, with a strong emphasis on customer support, distribution, and value added solutions.
Brand Development: The team were excited to talk about the continued expansion of the world class DELTEC industrial product line up which now encompasses a range of Flooded, Lead Carbon and Gel chemistries.
Sales Team Collaboration: The meet was a valuable chance to share insights, success stories, and practical tools to help our sales team deliver even more for our customers.
Team Building: Beyond the formal sessions, Cedar Creek Lodges offered the ideal environment for team bonding and building stronger connections. The team enjoyed after hours activities including pool, pickleball and hikes with a few evening beverages thrown in the mix.
